Audra Dugandzic is a PhD candidate in sociology at the University of Notre Dame. Her dissertation explores the implementation of liturgical change in the U.S. Catholic Church after Vatican II and its role in polarization among Catholics. Her peer-reviewed research on how place, and in particular urbanicity, facilitates or hinders religious practice appears in the journal Sociology of Religion. She holds a B.A. in psychology and politics from The Catholic University of America and an M.A. in sociology from the University of Notre Dame. She resides in the city of Baltimore with her husband and son.
